Pre-Production
Pre-production
Pre-production are a series of processess which are carried on a film or broadcast program before full-scale production begins. These include parts of video production such as the script, casting, location scouting, equipment and crew, and the shot list. Pre-production is hence the planning stage.

Mindmap
A mindmap involves writing down a central theme and thinking of new and related ideas, which radiates out from the centre by focusing on key ideas written down in your own words and looking for connections between them. You can map knowledge in a way that will help you to have better understanding of the information.
Production Schedule
A film production schedule is a plan that any media production follows like when to record, for example if a person is okay with you filming.
Storyboard
A storyboard is a graphic representation of how your video will unfold, shot by shot. It's made up of a number of squares with illustrations or pictures representing each shot, with notes about what's going on in the scene and what's being said in the script during that shot.
Shot List
A shot list is a document that maps out exactly what will occur and what will be used in that particular shot, or scene, of the film. But, why is a shot list important? It serves as a detailed checklist that gives the video a sense of direction and prepares the crew for film expectations.
Location Recce
What were your first thoughts when looking at the location(s)? (Online & In Person)
Answer. I was looking for a place to take the pictures for my media course project one. This was the first location i looked at and i knew it was a perfect place.
- What pictures did you take of your location(s)? Please put them in this section and comment on why they are appropriate to film in.
I took my pictures in the outside gateway of the college, because i thought it is a good place to film and i also took pictures outside the college (see below for location images)
